John Sankey
E-commerce store with the ability to customize and order craft furniture.
John Sankey wanted to improve & add new features to an eCommerce website with custom craft furniture. The main task was creating a customization tool to allow users to choose the size, fabric color, and legs of sofas and chairs.

John Sankey Challenge
When we started working, we discovered there was a problem with the incorrect display of images, which blocked positive UX. Also, part of WooCommerce was overloaded with plugins that interfered with the site’s correct operation, so we accepted the challenge to fix everything!
Problem-solving
The first thing we did was add sorting options to the category pages. Then, we solved the problem by correctly displaying the purchases in the basket–the sofa’s color matches the selected one.
We corrected the display of purchases of goods by email. The problem was that the color was not matching, so we fixed it.
Improvements
We changed the mobile pop-up for fabric and legs, added email pop-ups, and made a general mobile responsive website version.
Finally, we added overlay effects to pages and elements and changed the footer, header, main, and home pages.
Result
As a result, we reached our main goal: we implemented a customization tool for choosing fabric and legs for craft furniture.
All development features work great: the color changes, the website is optimized for mobile and desktop versions, and the mail is sent with proper information.
We got a better UX interaction with the platform among users, the number of positions on the platform expanded, thus the client’s income increased.
