Our client found us by top reviews on Clutch. Oliver Omer Krausz is a business development consultant and his client wanted to improve & add new features to an eCommerce website with custom craft furniture.
The main task was to create a customization tool – allow users to choose the size, color of fabric, and legs of sofas and chairs. The problem was in the incorrect display of images which blocked positive UX. Also, part of the WooCommerce was overloaded with plugins that interfered with the site’s correct operation.
What value we brought for John Sankey store:
- Added sorting options to the category pages
- Solved the problem with the correct display of purchases in the basket – the color of the sofa matches the selected one
- Corrected displaying purchases of goods by email. The problem was that color wasn’t changing
- Changed the mobile pop-up for fabric, legs and added emails pop-ups
- Made a mobile responsive version of the website
- Added overlay effects on pages and elements
- Made some changes to the footer, header, main, and home pages

As a result, we reached our main goal: we implemented a customization tool for choosing fabric and legs for craft furniture.
All development features work great: color is changing, the website is optimized for mobile and desktop versions, the mail is sending with proper information.
We got a better UX interaction with the platform among users, the number of positions on the platform expanded, thus the client’s income increased.
